1. Pre-milling system
Pre-milling adopts double linear guide, with higher guidance accuracy and good motion stability, pre-cutter Φ125mm H35mm six-tooth diamond pre-milling cutter, with high hardness and wear resistance, longer service life.
2. Feeding and press
Automatic feeding system, realize edge band feeding by control the press wheels by pneumatic control.
3. Multi-edge band holder
Based on different processing requirements, 4 different edge bands can be changed automatically. When edge band is used up, the machine will show alarm automatically.
4. Caterpillar type pressure beam
Adopt the double-peak caterpillar pressure with high stability. It has large press contact surface and good pressure positioning effect. The belt contacts with wood piece surface can ensure the good pressure of panels with different lengths.
5. Automatic grease lubrication & Automatic oiling:
1).The oil filling structure is controlled by microcomputer and oil filling speed can be defined by the user. The minimum oil amount alarm is set up.
2).The oil filling structure can add oil for the end trimming moving slider and conveyor guider within set-up time. This can ensure the related parts be lubricated in time, reduce friction and prolong the service life.
3).The manual oil filling system for the pre-milling is used for the lubrication of up, down, front and back guide rails to prevent service life and ensure work precision.

1. Misting station
A). Before pre-milling: Prevent the upper and lower surface from sticking with glue, improve the edge banding effect.
B). Before buffing: Improve the cleaning effect of the plate.
2. Hot air blowers
Brings high gloss shine back to PVC banding after the 3mm scrape station.
Blow after the scrape station, make buffing effect better.
3. Dust collection manifold for scraping system.
Catch the waste sawdust caused by scraping. Clean and easy.
