Production description:
Conveyor belt is customized for handling of cement mill by Indonesia client, width is 800mm, the quantity of canvas is 3ply, with the wrap(length of the case) made of polyester(E) and the weave (transversal case fabric) made of nylon(P), impact and cutting strength > 50N/mm, tensile strength ≥15N/mm2, minimum break elongation is ≥ 350%, and the hardness is 60+/-5 shore a, top cover thickness is 5mm, the bottom cover thickness is 2mm, excellent abrasion resistance (loss from abrasion 90mm3 or less), with molded edges, adhension between fabric and fabric ≥ 5N/mm, adhension between fabric and rubber ≥ 4.5N/mm, continuous running temperature is up to 40ºC-80ºC.

Common References: DIN-Z is very economical for moderately abrasive to conveyor small size materials.
•Medium Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-Y, DIN-N, RMA 2, AS-N are for moderate abrasion resistance applications, mostly
above ground. Regularly used for transportation of Coal, crushed ores, limestone, sand, cements etc.
•High Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-X, DIN-M, RMA1, AS-M are excellent abrasion resistance against cutting, impact,
heavy rocks, sharp stones.
•Super Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-W is used in extremely abrasive applications such as Copper & ore, sinter, coke. It
provides high resistance without increasing cover thickness and weight of the belt.
Application:
•NN belt is the combination of Nylon in warp and weft and it is widely used in multi-ply conveyor belts for transporting bulk or lumpy materials.
•EP belt is the combination of Polyester in warp and Nylon in weft. EP belt provides far much lower elongation than NN belt and it can also be used for special purposes.
